The Dormitory rooms in Wohnheim D are managed by the Studentenwerk, just like the Heim E, Waldhaus, Guckelsberg, and Rotenbergstraße rooms. You get the necessary forms for you application in the Wohnheimabteilung (students residence department).

Which types of rooms are there?

There are 209 "Einzelzimmer" (single rooms) in Heim D, each about 11 m² large. The rent is about 140 € per month. There are 48 appartements with 20 m². The rent is about 200 € . The latter are very sought after, so there is a long waiting list. The single rooms are generally available immediately, except perhaps on semester beginnings. Additionally, there is a 3 person flat, but it is hard to move in there because the inhabitants have got the right to choose their roommates. The rent for this flat is about 490 € .
